A heartwarming video captured the reunion between a dog and his owner.
The Wisconsin man, identified only as Jose, said he was homeless, divorced, and living in his car two years ago when he decided to get a puppy.
The canine was brimming with energy, prompting Jose to name him Chaos.
“Chaos helped me through so much in my life, I took him everywhere with me!” he told Winnebago County Animal Services.
But Jose was soon forced to ask a friend to keep an eye on the dog so he could focus on getting them a real place to live, and work to support them.
Once he did so, though, the friend refused to give Chaos back.
“I didn’t think I would ever see my dog again,” Jose said.
