Glee season 5 is nearing the end with only four episodes left, including the one on April 22.

Some spoilers have been coming out about the last episode of the season, titled “The Rachel Berry Project.

Fox released an official description that reveals Rachel meets a famous television writer (guest star Kristen Schaal), whose eccentric personality catches Rachel off guard. Questions also surround the next move for Rachel as she debuts on Broadway on the April 22 episode.

“What we’re sort of zooming in on is what’s going to happen with Rachel’s Funny Girl debut. Is it going to be a huge success? Is it going to be a flop? And if it is any of those things, where will it turn her? Will it make her want to stay and do more New York shows? Will she want to do something else? That’s the main thrust of this New York run,” according to executive producer Ryan Murphy.

Also, Sam and Mercedes deal with the pressure of commitment as their careers take off, and the time has finally come for Blaine’s big showcase with June Dolloway.

Another aspect of the finale is that it looks like it won’t include Adam Lambert, who recently announced he'll be touring as the frontman for Queen this summer.

As for Glee season 6, it has been confirmed--but it will be the last season. It will include 24 episodes.

Murphy confirmed that there will be a time jump, and that producers will be reaching out to all the regulars on the show, and anyone who wants to come back will be welcomed.
