George Holding, a congressman from North Carolina, was likely napping during a debate over the government shutdown on Thursday.

Screen grabs from C-Span appear to show Holding napping while he was president over the U.S. House.

The nap happened while U.S. Rep. Louie Gohmert was talking, according to the Daily News. Gohmert’s speech lasted nearly 45 minutes.

After the speech, the debate was over.

Friday marks day 4 of the shutdown.

What did I miss? When the camera shot to Holding, the North Carolina Republican drearily opened his eyes.
