Fort Hood Trial: Nidal Hasan Guilty of Murder

Nidal Hasan, the Army psychologist who went on a shooting rampage in 2009 that killed 13 at Texas base Fort Hood, received a guilty verdict for first-degree murder and a slew of other charges.

Nidal Hasan, the Army psychologist who went on a shooting rampage in 2009 that killed 13 at Texas base Fort Hood, received a guilty verdict for first-degree murder and a slew of other charges.

KVUE-TV reported that the verdict was handed down on Friday afternoon.

The Associated Press reported that Hasan is eligible for the death penalty.
