Enrique Iglesias, the singer, has not died but a false rumor is saying otherwise.

On Saturday, a number of users were tweeting “#RIPEnriqueIglesias” without much context.

There’s been no mainstream media reports about his death.

It appears that a Twitter user just started the trend as a death hoax.
