A 3.9-magnitude earthquake struck near Los Angeles on Monday afternoon.

The quake was centered in Big Bear City, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

The quake was also located near Yucaipa, Lake Arrowhead, and Banning.

It had a depth of 4.1 miles.

The temblor was felt around the region, as indicated by social media reports.
