Have a big space? Contrary to popular belief, you don’t have to fill up every inch of a lofty area with furnishings and accessories. The opposite is actually true -- you should let your large space really shine!

In this recipe, we kept furniture to a minimum & created a small sitting area. This contrasts nicely with the high ceilings and ample space in the room. Trying to fit too much would have made the space appear smaller.

To accessorize, we decided to skip the traditional broadloom carpet and go for a skin. This adds a little interest and a nice natural element to the room.
