A lawsuit filed by Republicans in Pennsylvania has claimed Democratic election officials authorized county leaders to provide information about rejected mail ballots to party workers, violating state code.
The lawsuit (pdf) cites an email sent by Pennsylvania’s Deputy Elections Secretary Jonathan Marks to the county’s election directors.
