The death toll continues to rise in the Florida condo collapse. Miami-Dade’s mayor said Friday morning that 14 more bodies have been recovered, bringing the death toll up to 78. The number of unaccounted for has gone down to 62. Meanwhile, at the nation’s capital, the fence is coming down six months after the Capitol breach.

The Biden administration was slapped with a lawsuit from North Dakota. The state is suing the administration for suspending new oil and gas leases on federal land and water. The lawsuit argues it'll cost the state hundreds of millions of dollars in lost revenue. This comes as President Joe Biden is promising to end $90 billion worth of “tax breaks” for the fossil fuel industry. The extra revenue would fund some of his Build Back Better plan.
