NEW YORK—Debris on train tracks north of the Lexington Avenue Station in Manhattan caused delays during rush hour on the Q, N, and R trains Thursday morning for 40 minutes.
Kevin Ortiz, a spokesman for the MTA, said it was not known what caused the debris.
The delays affected commuters in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
