DC Metro to Shut Down for 29 Hours for ‘Emergency Investigations’
After a cable-fire near the McPherson Square station caused major disruption to the DC metrorail on Monday, the entire system will be shut down for 24 hours on Wednesdays for ‘emergency investigations,” sources told NBC 4.
