A funnel cloud was reportedly spotted in Cumbria, England, near Alston and Penrith, according to reports on Monday.
A photo showed the ominous funnel cloud but it’s unclear if it was a tornado, ITV said.
The cloud comes amid thundery rain showers across the region.
The cloud was located near Alston.
In order for it to be considered a tornado, it has to have touched the ground.
