Crew Member Missing After Japan Oil Tanker Blast (Video)
Firefighters scrambled to contain a fire that engulfed a Japanese oil tanker off the coast of Himeji, around 280 miles west off Tokyo. Witnesses said that they had the tanker explod around 9:25 this morning.
