Booker was 76, and suffered from Parkinson’s disease.
Cory Booker canceled afternoon campaign events, reported the Wall Street Journal.
Cary Booker and his wife Carolyn moved to New Jersey, previously living in Washington D.C., where Cory was born.
Cory Booker is currently the mayor of Newark, New Jersey, and is running for an open U.S. Senate seat.
