Corcoran State Prison: Inmate Injures 4 Officers With Unknown Weapon

At the Corcoran State Prison in Fresno, California on Tuesday, an inmate attacked four correctional officers.

The attack happened as the officers were bringing the inmate in from the yard, reported ABC.

One officer was airlifted to the Community Regional Medical Center, while another was taken to a clinic in Visalia.

The other two were treated at the prison’s hospital.

The inmate was captured and is being held in the Secured Housing Unit.

The weapon in the attack hasn’t been identified.
