Consumer Affairs Fines Scam Modeling Agency
The Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) ordered a modeling agency to pay $908,400 in fines to the city. According to a department press release, WMT Model & Talent Network Development, Ltd., charged model hopefuls for unnecessary photography sessions.
