CM Punk’s long letter to the WWE concerning his lack of royalties could delay WWE 2K15.

The game, currently close to being finished, is slated to hit stores on October 28.

The letter from Punk’s attorneys says that he’s owed royalties for the use of his likeness, particularly in the upcoming game, reported The Wrestling Observer.

Game websites are noting that the production could be delayed if an agreement isn’t hammered out.

WWE 2K15 is coming out for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

Meanwhile, it was recently announced that AJ Lee will have another shot at reclaiming the Divas Championship--but the shot will be in a triple threat match against Paige and Nikki Bella at Night of Champions on September 21.

The feud between Paige and Lee has been going on for some time, but Bella is a new addition to the battle for the championship--to the chagrin of some fans.

Also, WWE’s last power rankings place Lee at No. 12, the second-highest woman after Paige at No. 8.

Bella is up to No. 20 while the only other woman in the top 25, Summar Rae, is at No. 24.

Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns, and John Cena are at Nos. 1, 2, and 3 respectively.
