Chinese Villagers Plead for Iowa Governor’s Help
When foreign dignitaries tour China, the Chinese police “clean up” areas they will visit with arrests and suppression. In late May and early June Iowa’s Gov. Terry Branstad visited China, and one village is now appealing to him for help. They are still suffering from the efforts made by the Chinese police in connection with his tour.
