Chief Keef, the 18-year-old Chicago rapper, was arrested for a DUI on March 5, according to a report on Monday

TMZ reported that he was pulled over in Highland Park, Ill., on March 5 in the early morning for having expired tags on his vehicle.

When officers approached the vehicle, they smelled marijuana smoke. Keef said that he was smoking while driving, according to TMZ.

Keef apparently failed a field sobriety test. He was then placed under arrest and was charged with driving with a suspended license.

He was released after posting $300 bail.

Keef recently left a court-mandated rehab stint for marijuana.
