Five people were shot in Uptown Chicago on Monday, and one of them was killed.

The shooting happened just before 6 p.m. in the 4500 block of Sheridan Road, Officer Daniel O'Brien, a police spokesman, told DNAInfo

The shooter had an “assault-style rifle,” according to CBS.
