Channing Tatum and wife Jenna Dewan are having a baby to “save their marriage,” according to a new report.
The couple is on the brink of a $50 million split, and has taken steps to resolve their issues after they “hit a crossroads,” OK magazine reported.
Tatum’s career is allegedly a prime source of the problems, having “too many balls in the air,” a source said.
“He’s got a crazy-hectic schedule, and it’s made him an absentee husband and dad,” the source said.
“Channing knows this is make-or-break time for his marriage.”
Tatum has been the subject of multiple cheating or flirting rumors with other women recently, including Amber Heard, and OK alleges that they’re true.
“Channing realizes that burning the candle at both ends has been unhealthy, and he’s ready to make changes. He told Jenna that after this next wave of projects, he’s taking at least a six-month break,” the source said. And Jenna made him promise that if there were another baby on the way, Chan would be a more committed family man.”
Tatum also vowed to stop drinking, while Jenna said that she doesn’t want to be a single mother, the magazine said.
On the other hand, a source close to the situation told Gossip Cop that the story isn’t true.
“Channing and Jenna are totally happy,” that source said. “This story is completely off base.”
