Cara Delevingne and Jennifer Lawrence have both threatened to sue Google for $95 million over leaked nude photos.

Marty Singer, a lawyer, sent a letter to Google, warning founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin. He said the firm did not “act expeditiously” to remove the photos.

“Google knows the images are hacked stolen property, private and confidential photos and videos unlawfully obtained and posted by pervert predators who are violating the victims’ privacy rights. Yet Google has taken little or no action to stop these outrageous violations,” he said, reported The Metro.

Meanwhile, celebrities Lauren O'Neil and Briana Evigan--who were also allegedly victimized in the latest hacking--have not issued statements on the matter.

But according to the BBC, Google has said it has removed “tens of thousands” of nude photos of celebrities, closing “hundreds of accounts,.”

“Our turnaround is generally hours, not weeks,” Google said. “Of course people continue to post these images on the web, so - like other online services - we rely on people notifying us to help us take them down, whether by flagging content, or filing DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) requests.”

Kate Upton, Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, and Mary Elizabeth Winstead were also reportedly targeted in the attacks last month. Photos of Anna Kendrick, the actress, also appeared on several websites with her clothes on.

The Metro also reported that Singer, a high-profile lawyer, was hired by Rihanna.

“We’re removing these photos for community guidelines and policy violations (eg nudity and privacy violation) on YouTube, Blogger and Google+,” Google said. “For search we have historically taken a different approach as we reflect what’s online - but we remove these images when we receive valid copyright (DMCA) notices.”
