A top White House adviser said that California, which typically votes in favor of Democrats, could turn into a Republican-leaning state by not choosing to reopen sooner.

Peter Navarro said that Florida and Georgia have seen drops in new CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus cases in recent days and is working to reopen businesses, which is in contrast to California.
