The Brooklyn Nets are set to start their season on Wednesday and the news and rumors have been ramping up.

Bojan Set to Start
Rookie forward Bojan Bogdanovic appears set to start in place of departed Paul Pierce at small forward. Bogdanovic, 25, played multiple years in Europe before joining the Nets in the offseason.
A key difference is the 3-point line being further out, he noted.
“It’s almost a whole new game,” he told the New York Daily News.
He also said he’s ready for the season to begin.
“I feel much better. I know in (the) preseason I didn’t make a lot of shots, but I hope with the season I’m gonna start to make it,” Bogdanovic said.
Bogdanovic shot at least 46.3 percent from the field in each of his last three seasons with Fenerbahce in Turkey.
The New York Post noted that despite the rookie not making shots in the preseason, the floor spacing he offers is essential.
“With Deron Williams, Joe Johnson and Brook Lopez out there with him, Bogdanovic is going to find himself with plenty of wide-open looks from behind the arc, and particularly in the corners,” it said.
“It will take Bogdanovic some time to get used to the NBA 3-point line, which is deeper than Europe’s, but the Nets are invested in him doing well. And with Alan Anderson spending the last week sidelined with an abdominal injury and Andrei Kirilenko better off as a utility option off the bench, Bogdanovic seems ticketed to be in the starting lineup on Oct. 29 in Boston.”
