Brian Collins has been identified as one of the two victims in the Norfolk, Virginia helicopter crash.
The helicopter crashed about 18 miles off the coast on Wednesday.
Five Navy crew members were on board. Two died, two are recovering from injuries, and the other remains missing.
Collins was a native of Truckee, Nevada, reported KRNV.
