Bona Mugabe, the only daughter of Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe, was married to Simba Chikore in a wedding that drew widespread criticism but also celebration.
The wedding cost an estimated $5 million in a country that has many suffering from poverty, and only media organizations from the state were allowed to cover it.
In addition, questions about 37-year-old Chikore (Bona is 24), allegedly a pilot, have been reported on after sources in the airline industry told the Daily Telegraph that they had never heard of him.
