Bitten season 1 wraps up with episode 13, or the finale, on April 7.

The episode will include a huge battle that involves every surviving wolf.

The episode will also possibly include side-switching, cast members said in a press call.

Laura Vandervoort (Elena) said that there’s a “huge shock” at the end of the episode, while Greg Bryk (Jeremy) said that the episode brings “tremendous closure.”

That huge battle will likely be the same as when Elena and the Pack make a final stand when the Mutts attack the mansion.

Elena shows some of her intense fighting skills during the battle.

Vandervoort added to HuffPost that the finale is crazy.

“Oh, yeah. Oh my goodness. I have the DVD and I watched it two weeks ago ... we had an incredible director and visually, it’s just stunning. All of us put everything we had left after six months into this finale. Emotionally and physically. There’s a fight scene that took us three days -- at least my portion of it -- and I did 95 percent of it, the stuff that couldn’t kill me. [Laughs] I’m giving everything I have to this role and this character,” she said.

A leaked synopsis of the episode indicates that Philip ends up dead, with Elena discovering his head and screaming. Santos is also killed, by Elena. And Rachel gets kidnapped by James Williams, who turns out to be Malcolm Danvers, Jeremy’s father.

Bitten airs at 8 p.m. on SyFy.

There isn’t a confirmed second season but Vandervoort said that the cast and crew are working hard to make sure that it happens.
