Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden praised former First Lady Michelle Obama, saying he'd pick her as his vice president “in a heartbeat.”
“She’s brilliant. She knows the way around. She is a really fine woman,” Biden said during an interview with KDKA.
