An article saying Belgium will “lower the age of consent to 13” is a hoax.
The crude article was published on World News Daily Report, which doesn’t post real news stories.
It said the Belgian Federal Parliament issued a vote to lower it.
According to a disclaimer, the website posts “satirical” content.
