State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman reminded voters on Sept. 12 of a hotline to help resolve any issues that may come up on election day.
Voters can call the hotline at 800-771-7755 or email [email protected] between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m. Attorneys and staff in the Attorney General’s Civil Rights Bureau will field the calls.
The attorney general’s office says they will respond to election-related complaints of any statutes the office enforces. This could be related to voters with disabilities, voter intimidation reports, or issues faced by minority voters.
