WASHINGTON—Voters at a conservative Christian political conference said a candidate’s politics is the most important factor in which candidate they vote for.

The Pray Vote Stand Summit, hosted by the Family Research Council, made a return to the nation’s capital from Sept. 15 to Sept. 17.
