I found it quite interesting in the main section of your Aug. 6, 2020, edition that the governor of Minnesota passed a law that contradicted a previous law in his state. His executive order said everybody had to wear a mask in public. However, Minnesota Statue 609.735 makes it against the law to wear a mask in public.

On the next page, New York Mayor Bill de Blasio participated in painting the words “Black Lives Matter” on Fifth Avenue without getting a permit.
