Andrew Bettencourt has been named as the suspect in a kidnapping of an 18-year-old girl in Orleans, Ottawa.
Bettencourt, 20, is believed to be driving a 2000 black BMW 328i.
The car has an Ontario license plate of BTAN 435.
It was last seen traveling east on Highway 417, police told CBC.
