UPDATE as of 4:30 p.m. ET: The boys were found and three people were arrested, reported the Citizen-Times newspaper.
Three suspects in a 1999 Ford Expedition were stopped by Georgia state troopers in Commerce, Georgia.
The driver, Christoper Carter, and one of the passengers, Natasha Cantrell, were charged with second-degree kidnapping and aiding and abetting a child abduction, the newspaper said.
Another passenger, Chadwick Agan, was charged in connection with the case.

An AMBER Alert was issued for two missing children in Asheville, North Carolina, on Sunday.
UPDATE: WLOS-TV reported that Asheville Police think the boys are still in the Asheville area, saying the boys went missing early in the morning.
UPDATE #2: The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children said the AMBER Alert was canceled at around 2:30 p.m. ET, but it did not elaborate.
Harlee Allan Joyner and Elijah Ryan Joyner were reported missing on Sunday, Dec. 27. Elijah is a 1-year-old male and Harlee is a 3-year-old male. The two are brothers.
