The same day, tips led Afghan and security forces to capture a Taliban facilitator who led an IED attack cell in the districts of Qalat and Shah Joy. A sniper rifle, ammunition, pistol, and homemade explosives were found on the scene. No shots were fired by the security forces, according to the ISAF.
