Windows 10 app store has a decent range of games that are really good for almost any user who wants to play occasionally. The good thing about the games from the app store is that they are not that graphic intensive and can be played on almost any system, even those with low to medium specifications. So, if you are looking for some casual games that are free to play, here are some of the Windows 10 games that you should definitely try.

1. Asphalt 8: Airborne

If you’ve ever been to the Windows 10 app store and clicked on the free games section, then you must have seen Asphalt 8: Airborne, a racing game with lots of cars, locations, race modes, and gorgeous visuals. When I say lots of cars, I mean more than ninety different cars and ten locations with a variety of routes and stunts to make. Of course, you need to complete different tasks to unlock the new cars, locations, and race modes. That being said, one of the great features of this game is its multiplayer mode where you can play with your friends even if they are offline.

2. Age of Empires: Castle Siege

Age of Empires: Castle Siege is a Microsoft game with Xbox integration which simply means that you can play it on multiple devices. As the name of the game imovies, it is a strategy game that revolves around building a castle in your chosen civilization and defending it from outside attacks. To build your castle, you need resources. To get the resources you can rely on the provided economy tools and/or wage war on other players to loot their resources.

However, this game is nowhere near the real Age of Empires, so don’t expect much if you are a fan of the Age of Empires franchise.

3. Sonic Dash

Who doesn’t know Sonic? If you’ve ever played a Sonic game, then Sonic Dash is similar. You will run endlessly performing huge jumps, avoiding dangers, and fighting epic bosses. The good thing about this game is that you can unlock other characters like Knuckles and Shadows by completing the tasks and advancing through the game.

The best thing about Dungeon Hunter 5 is that you can move between five realms with cooperative gameplay between your friends.
