A shirtless man with a gun threatened to shoot everyone in a truck stop in Baytown, Texas outside of Houston on Friday afternoon after walking inside in his underwear. He was later taken down by a SWAT team.

The man was inside the truck stop, in Baytown just east of Houston, when he threatened to shoot everyone inside, police told KHOU. Later he retreated to his pickup truck outside, where police took him into custody.

Police evacuated the gas station as well as an adjoining McDonald’s in the meantime. No injuries were reported.
