Rescue crews have rescued a worker who was hanging from scaffolding in Arlington, Virginia, on Wednesday afternoon.
WTOP reported that the rescue was being carried out near Courthouse Road and Barton Street.
A photo taken by the broadcaster shows a man clinging to what appears to be a rope on the side of a brick building.
