Another Republican Says He Won’t Vote for Kevin McCarthy to Become House Speaker

Rep. Ralph Norman (R-S.C.) has added his name to a growing list of Republican lawmakers who refuse to elect House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) as speaker.

Republicans are on track to retake the House after four years in the minority.
