At the “Future China Forum” On January 1 2008, the China Interim Government issued their Founding Declaration, with the goal of disintegrating the tyranny of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

The declaration elaborates on the position of the China Interim Government, the two fundamental political missions, and the four policies which are: returning the power to the people, returning land to the people, returning wealth to the people, and racial harmony. The declaration reiterates people’s rights to justice and the history and present society in China have proven that the CCP’s autocratic regime is the source of misery and anti-humanity crimes in China.

The China Interim Government calls on the Chinese public not to hold any hope for the CCP, who they regard as terroristic in nature, and a one party despotic system founded on violence. They state that only by complete denial of this despotic rule can China realize the ideal of rebuilding a free and harmonious society.

The China Interim Government also published its first announcement on January 1, announcing the members in first group, which includes President Wu Fan, Vice President Jia Jia, and China State Policy and Power Supervision Congress Chairman Yuan Hongbing.

In the announcement it was also mentioned that the China Interim Government will publish the names of the heads of various committees successively.
