AMBER Alert: Quinn Whitsitt, 5, Missing in Arkansas

An AMBER Alert was issued for 5-year-old Quinn Whitsitt of Sebastian County, Arkansas, on Thursday, with authorities saying that his mother, Rainy Whitsitt, could have possibly taken him.

According to reports, Whitsitt was seen asleep in his bed at 1 a.m. and was reported missing at 6:30 a.m.

He was described as 3’1″ tall and weighs around 42 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white pajama top and blue pajama bottoms.

The boy’s grandparents discovered him missing when they check on him. They then searched the home and saw that the interior and exterior garage doors were open.

Rainy Whitsitt, who lives in New Mexico, does not have custody of him and authorities say that she is considered a suspect.

The Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO), FBI, and state police are investigating the matter, reported Arkansas Matters.
