An Amber Alert has been issued for Oakland, California after an unidentified 13-year-old black female was abducted by an unidentified 35-yea-rold black male.
The vehicle, a 2001 Red Infinity QX4 SUV, and child were taken during a car jacking.
The licence plate number is 6JFM648.
