An Amber Alert was activated across a number of California and Nevada counties on Friday. Police say that two children, Lillianna Ramirez, 9, and Martin Angel Rosales II, 3, were taken by father, Martin Cisneras Rosales and mother Amber Schenck.

The Amber Alert affects Sacramento, Yolo, Solano, Contra Costa, Alameda, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Sierra, Nevada, Placer, El Dorado, Amador, San Joaquin, Calaveras, Alpine, Stanislaus, Tuolumne, Mono, Mariposa, Merced, San Benito, Monterey, Madera, Fresno, Inyo, Tulare, Kings, San Luis Obispo, Kern, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Orange, Riverside and Imperial counties in California.

Martin Cisneras Rosales, a 33-year-old Hispanic male who sometimes uses the alias Martin Cisneros, is from Elko, Nev., but officials said the children were last in Sacramento. He might be trying to enter Mexico with the two children. He was last seen with Amber Schenck, 29, who is white and is the mother of both children. Rosales is the father of Martin Angel.

According to Fox-40, officials said that the children are in “imminent danger of serious bodily injury or death”

He is possibly driving a 1980s to 1990s blue Ford Mustang. It has a possible Nebraska license plate or a paper plate.
