An Ambert Alert has been issued in Rhode Island after Daniel Britt, 6, was abducted by his mother Andria Britt.
Britt ignored the shared custody agreement between her and her husband, officials said. She was supposed to appear in court on January 8 but failed to show.
“There is an immediate risk of harm to the abductor and child,” the Amber Alert said.
Daniel is described as having white skin, brown hair, and blue eyes. He stands 4'3” and weighs 50 pounds.
Britt is described as having white skin, brown hair, and blue eyes. She stands 5'5” and weighs 135 pounds.
Anyone with information should call 911 or state police at 401-444-1000.
