An AMBER Alert was issued for a 9-month-old boy, Carter Speelman, in Pennsylvania, and 27-year-old Alexander Frazier is the suspect.
The boy was last seen on Thursday in Beaver Falls.
Speelman is 28 inches tall, 22 pounds, light skin black male, with brown eyes and black hair.
Frazier is a black male, 6 feet tall, and 27 years old. He was last seen with a dark hooded sweatshirt and jeans.
They left in a Chevrolet Camaro bearing Pennsylvania registration HNW-3073.
Officials are not sure where they are going.
