An Amazon service rep masterfully handled a customer who asked if he could “be Odin.”

The rep, who is named Thor, played along with the ruse, without breaking character and also without ending the conversation, as The Sun reported.

“Greeting, Thor. Can I be Odin?” the customer says. “Odin, Father, How art thy doing on this here fine day?” the rep responded.

The customer then described the “agony” that “raises upon” his life, and Thor exclaimed: “This is outrageous! Who dares defy The All Father Odin. What has occurred to cause this agony?”

The customer explained that the book he ordered was misplaced.

Thor then said it would be his “duty” to replace the book. He said: “I fear it is Loki but I dare not blame him for such things.”

Ultimately, the customer was satisfied.

“Do it for me Thor, but most importantly do it for the mortals whose destiny (and grades) rely on this book,” he said.
