Amazing Race All-Stars, or season 24, premieres Sunday night on CBS.

The broadcast starts at 8 p.m. and runs through 9 p.m. ET.

After the first episode, titled “Back in the Saddle,” there will be 11 more this season.

A dramatic twist this year is that one of the 11 teams won’t even make it to the starting line.

Teams this season will travel through four continents and nine countries, including high above Guangzhou, China; rappelling down the Kiansom Waterfall rapids in Malaysia; and fighting with gladiators in Rome, Italy.

Phil Keoghan hosts again.
