Ali Lohan model: The 19-year old younger sister of the infamous actress Lindsay Lohan has just signed with a modeling agency in New York.
Aliana “Ali” is living on Long Island, New York, with her brother Dakota, 16, and her mother Dina, while modeling with Wilhelmina Models.
The younger Lohan has modeled before in Los Angeles and Korea.
“I just love that you can express yourself through a photograph. It just captures every moment. I mean, the clothes — that’s not bad either. Music is always going to be a hobby of mine, but I think this is definitely what I want to do now,” Lohan told Women’s Wear Daily.
Lohan doesn’t want to rely on riding “on any coattails” as far as her older sister’s fame.
“I definitely have to prove myself — just showing up on time and doing everything that you’re supposed to do.”
“I want to make the most out of the word ‘fame.’ I want to do good things with my fame, or whatever it is,” she continued. “I want to help and do charity work. There’s something going on in Chile right now with the water, so I think I’m going to down there in a month to help out. My grandfather worked with charities his whole entire life, and we grew up living with him. He always told me about the other side of the world and everything that’s going on.”
