Alexandria Jade Long Found: Missing 10-Year-Old, Found Safe; Peter Tarbox in Custody

A missing 10-year-old, Alexandria Jade Long, was found in Pennsylvania on Thursday night, while the man suspected of abducting her, Peter Tarbox, is in police custody.

Long was declared missing at approximately 4:30 p.m., after she was abducted from her resident in Gordon, Pennsylvania, according to the Amber Alert.

Peter Tarbox is believed to have abducted her.

Long is 4-feet, 10 inches tall, weighing 100 pounds with short brown hair, hazel eyes, and black wire-framed glasses.

Tarbox is a 39-year-old white male with brown hair.

Police believe he meant to take Long to New York.
