America’s Got Talent season 9 kicked off the semifinals on Tuesday, August 26.

The results will come in on Wednesday night.

There are 24 acts left, meaning 12 acts performed this week and the other 12 acts will perform next week.

Only 12 will go through the the Top 12, which starts on Tuesday, September 9.

The acts that performed on Tuesday:

Aerial Animation
Andrey Moraru
Bad Boys of Ballet
Dan Naturman
David and Leeman
Emily West
Flight Crew Jump Rope
Mara Justine
Miguel Dakota
Mike Super
Paul Leti
Sons of Serendip

The episode started with a quick recap montage of some of the acts that have gotten through.

Flight Crew Jump Rope was introduced as Heidi’s wild card. The group said they appreciated the second chance.

Mara Justine performed Kelly Clarkson’s “Breakaway,” pleasing the crowd, and prompting Howie to get to his feet.

The Bad Boys of Ballet were revealed as Mel B’s wild card, and performed a routine to Lenny Kravitz’s “Are You Gonna Go My Way.”

Paul Leti sang “I Want It That Way.”

Mike Super was Howard’s wild card, and did a very complicated card trick that impressed the judges.

Andrey Moraru then came on and did a sweet hand balancing act which gets praise from Howard and Howie but criticism from Mel B, though she noted it didn’t matter because the performance was mesmerizing.

Miguel Dakota then came on and sang “Seven Nation Army” from White Stripes.

Sons of Serendip sang “Don’t You Worry Child” by Swedish House Mafia.

Then David and Leeman came on with a magic performance, impressing Mel B and the other judges.

Dan Naturman comes on with new jokes, which Heidi hated but the other judges liked.

Aerial Animation then came on the do a routine to American Authors’ “Best Day of My Life.”

Emily West was the last performer, singing “Who Wants to Live Forever” by Queen.
